Our 2012/2013 project close to the West rail station and the Westend Shopping Center (Eötvös u.).
Whole building was in WWII condition and had to be totally and fully refurbished.
We built eight new apartments on the IV. floor from 40 to 100 sqm + 2 penthouses on top.
185 sqm penthouse - indoor garden view.
Fully renovated & refurbished with new roof and lift, close to the opera.
Realized in 2007/2008
Smarthome by Gira (all lights dimmable, all blinds and sun canopies work automatically).
Finest materials (oak parquet, Villeroy & Boch bathroom equipments)

300 sqm living spaces with almost 200 sqm of terraces; includes 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, sauna fitness area,fireplace, lounge etc.

Fully refurbished and renovated (incl. facade & roof) - realized in 2016/2017.

We only build lofts we'd live in ourselves and have realized more than 15 selected projects over the years.
